VALEO 632060 Beep & Park Vision is a parking assistance system for the rear with sensors attached to a camera for rear visibility. This system provides audible and visual signals to the driver when reversing.

Functionalities:

Detection sensors and audible warning system
• The four ultrasonic sensors are activated as soon as the reverse gear is engaged.
• An audible signal warns the driver of obstacles behind the vehicle.
• The audible alarm gradually intensifies. It is intermittent at first and becomes
continuous when the vehicle is within 30 cm of the obstacle.

Wide angle camera
• The wide angle camera (H100° x V85°) offers broader vision of the surroundings
at the rear of the vehicle.
• The camera provides a clear view of the surroundings at the rear of the vehicle,
even when the light is poor (≤1.5 lx).

Control screen
• A detachable colour LCD screen is installed on the dash.
• The screen shows the images filmed by the camera and displays the distances sent
by the reversing radars.
• Parking assistance lines function
– Guides the driver in the direction to be followed when parking.
– Shows three distance levels, represented in green, amber and red on the
parking assistance lines.
– The distance levels change from green to amber, and then to red, as the vehicle
approaches the obstacle.
– Several configurations of the parking assistance lines are available,
depending on the position of the camera (angle and height).

New rear camera
• A new high-resolution TFT LCD screen.
• A new wide angle camera (H100° x V85°) for a broader vision of the
surroundings at the rear of the vehicle.
• Specially designed for poor light.
• Parking assistance lines function.
• New angle correction rings that do not require a larger diameter of the drill holes
for the camera.

New reverse radars
• New electronics technology for perfectly precise sensors, even in heavy rain.
• New sensor design for improved evacuation of water droplets.
• Compatible with a tow system.
• The range is compatible with a pulsed reverse signal(2).
